Financial Services Experience

• Funds Management - Extensive new product support and re-platforming for the unit trust registry for the Australian arm of a major international investment house. This as the heart of a business subsequently sold for $340m and used as a shared service for other major fund managers.
  
• Banking 'Blue Gum' - Major technology company building a core banking system based on a rules based platform for global universal banking. One of our principals was development project lead based in Sydney.  Status: This project is not for public access at this time.
• Banking Mercury - Due diligence on an acquisition of a small Swiss bank by an Asian/American consortium based in Singapore. One of our principals led the technology component.  Status: This project is not for public access at this time.
• Safe Bank - Establishment of a new holding company in Singapore and the operations and technology component of a green-fields bank timed to benefit from the recent global financial crisis. Status: This project is not for public access at this time.
• Future Bank - A new core banking systems for a Jersey based private bank division of a major international bank. This was subsequently used as the central platform for their global expansion plans which led to them being awarded Euromoney Global Best Private Bank. One our principals led the technology and operations component of the project initiation, design and funding. Status: Project complete, new products launched, new markets entered, head count reduced and profitability up.
• Regional Front End System - Establishment of a new high volume loan processing platform in India and Malaysia for a major international bank with hundreds of users.
  
• Leveraged Equities Platform - Establishment of a new business line including margin lending for a leading global investment bank. Loan book grew to over $5b and the business was successful sold.
